​​Democracy is again being challenged and the League is stepping up by filing an amicus brief on the Moore v Harper case (the so-called "independent state legislature theory"). On Wednesday, December 7 the LWVUS will also be holding a '#Rally to Map Our Future' in front of the US Supreme Courthouse in Washington DC as the Moore v Harper case is heard. As we all can't get to DC, DuPage Leagues will hold a rally in Wheaton at the County Courthouse. Glen Ellyn League Co-Presidents urge members to attend if they can.
